If I order 3 cabinets, what is the weight and shipping charges that I will pay? Also, do you charge for crating and packaging?
No matter what you order, and you select our standard shipping, we will only charge the actual shipping cost incurred by UPS or common carrier.


I prefer to use my own shipper number (I have an account with Fed Ex), can you have my shipper pick up the product and then you not charge me for shipping?
Yes.


How long after I place my order will it be before you actually ship my products?
If your products are in stock here at our warehouse and you place you order by 1:00pm Pacific Standard/Daylight Time (4:00pm EST), we will ship your order the same day. If time is crucial, please contact us via e-mail before ordering so that we can tell you whether or not the product you are ordering is in stock.


I need the order tomorrow. Do you offer next day air?
Yes. Due to the size of the larger cabinets, next day air will substantially increase you shipping charges. Please call us prior to placing your order to verify shipping charges.


I’m just ordering one item. Do you charge any handling fees on small orders? No, we do not require a minimum size order and we do not charge any handling fees. We aim to give great service on every order.


What are your policies on returns?
A Return Autorization Number must accompany each return and can be obtained by calling our customer service dept. A restocking fee is applied to all returned items. Please refer to our return policy page for details. We believe that our return policy is fair and reasonable and is very easy to read and understand.


I placed my order today, when will you ship my order?
If we receive it by 4 pm (EST) (which is 1pm - Pacific Standard Time), the chances of your order being shipped that same day are about 95-98%. Of course, if it is a special-ordered product or if it isn't in stock, it can't be shipped that same day. Generally (except during holiday periods), UPS shipping to the East Coast takes about 6-10 days (typically 4-8 days) and to the West Coast usually takes about 1-7 days (typically 1-4 days). Please do allow a few more days during December's holiday shipping season before expecting your order. If you give the order ten working days, then the chances are 999 out of 1000 that you will receive your order as we promised when we confirmed the status of your order. Neither UPS or the US Postal Service or ourselves are totally perfect, but we go way out of our way to make sure that your order ships as we promise.


I have ordered numerous items and you have all but one item in stock. If you ship everything now and the backordered item when it’s available, will I have to pay the shipping charges twice?
If we are not able to ship your order complete we will notify you of the back ordered items. Shipping charges are based on the actual cost of shipping each item. Due to the size and nature of our products we never package more than one cabinet per box. Which means your shipping costs will be the same if your order is shipped complete or as a partial shipment. We will ship the back ordered items as soon as they are available.


What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We take every precaution to properly prepare your cabinet(s) for shipping. It takes a lot of handling/labor to package each individualized sized box. We want your order to arrive in the best possible condition for your satisfaction. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Every item we sell is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your order arrives damaged please refer to the detailed instructions enclosed in the box for processing a damaged item.


I'd like to give special instructions for the UPS driver, such as to leave it on the porch without a signature. Can I do that?
Unfortunately that is not possible. For our protection against fraud we cannot insist to UPS that they leave your product without your signature. They might do so but we cannot specify specific instructions to UPS.


If you ship the correct products (as stated on our catalog) and I simply change my mind and wish to return the products will you pay the shipping charges back?
If we make a mistake we certainly will, but if you simply change your mind, we cannot afford to do so. Please read our return policy page for a more detailed explanation.


Can you ship my order C.O.D.?
No, due to our experience we do not allow for C.O.D. shipments. We accept prepayment using Visa, M/C or Paypal.


What tools do I need?
In Wall Cabinets have been designed for easy “do-it-yourself” installation. Tools needed: Stud finder, level, dry wall saw (simple serrated knife will work), caulking gun and a tape measure.


How does the cabinet attach to the wall?
The cabinet is designed to recess into the wall and is held in place using a high performance construction adhesive that has 9 times the initial holding power than any other construction adhesive on the market. First, applying the adhesive to the back of the cabinet frame and then apply firm and even pressure as you insert the cabinet in the cut out. Allow 24 hrs. for proper curing and your ready to enjoy your new built-in cabinet.


Do I need to assemble the cabinet?
*No, all of the cabinets come assembled and finished. (*Only the cue rack requires connecting the top and bottom sections together prior to installation) Total installation can be completed in less than a hour.
